Understanding Our Returns &
Refunds Policy
At The Soap Farm we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our soap and skincare products. We want you to love them as much as we do! However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's how our returns and refunds process works:
1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
- Unused or Unopened Products: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately.
We'll happily replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been used or opened unless there is a defect.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we've received and inspected the returned product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. How to Initiate a Return or
